House Rules Thermen Bussloo
We want our guests to enjoy a timeless experience during their visit to our resort. Therefore, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules during your stay:

Wearing swimwear is not allowed (except on designated swimwear days).

Wearing slippers is mandatory. However, slippers are not allowed inside the saunas.

Bringing your own food or drinks is not permitted.

To avoid disturbing the peace of other guests, wearing watches, and the use of mobile phones and/or any other electronic devices is only allowed in the reception area.

To protect the privacy of all our guests, taking photos or videos is not permitted.

In the lounge, restaurant N-Joy, pavilion Kelodrome, on the terraces, and in all relaxation areas, wearing a bathrobe is required.

Instructions from Thermen Bussloo staff must be followed. Disruptive behavior — including verbal, non-verbal, inappropriate desired and/or professional conduct, or unwanted intimacies — is not allowed. Guests who do not comply must leave Thermen Bussloo immediately after full payment.

Personal belongings can be stored in a locker.

For hygienic reasons, towels are not allowed in the lounge, restaurant N-Joy, and the brasserie at Kelodrome.

Reserving (sun)beds, benches, or chairs is not allowed.

Water bottles may not be taken into the sauna.

To ensure peace and relaxation for all guests, silence is highly appreciated in all sauna facilities. Talking is permitted in the Panorama Sauna.

Management is not liable for lost or stolen goods or valuables.

Smoking is not permitted inside or around the various facilities of Thermen Bussloo. You may use the designated smoking areas, for example on our terrace.

Guests are welcome from the age of 12. Guests between 12 and 16 years old may only visit Thermen Bussloo when accompanied by an adult. A valid ID must be presented upon request.

Use of the tanning beds is not allowed under the age of 18.

If you have a discount code, you must reserve in advance via our website. The discount will then be applied to the product and/or service for which it is valid.

If you have a discount voucher, you must present it upon check-in. If you cannot present a valid voucher, no discount will be granted.
