Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, this is mandatory. This way we ensure the safety and health of our guests and staff and can regulate the number of visitors. Without a reservation, we unfortunately cannot grant access to our resort.

To ensure peace and privacy for all our guests, the use of mobile phones or tablets in the wellness resort is not allowed. This also applies if you are using your phone as an e-reader.

Swimwear is only allowed (and required) on designated swimwear days. Women may wear a swimsuit or bikini, men may wear swim trunks.
Body-covering swimwear (such as a burkini or headscarf) is not permitted in our resort. The reason for this is that in a sauna your body temperature and heart rate rise significantly, and body-covering clothing prevents proper cooling. Visiting the sauna in such clothing can therefore pose health risks. In addition, the body expels a large amount of waste products during sauna use. Wearing body-covering swimwear retains and spreads these waste products further. This is unhygienic for both you and our other guests.
