Swimwear Days

• Bikini or swimsuit

• Swim trunks or swim shorts

Wearing body-covering swimwear (such as a burkini or headscarf) is not permitted in our resort. The reason for this is that your body temperature and heart rate rise significantly in the sauna, and body-covering clothing prevents proper cooling. Visiting the sauna in covering clothing can therefore pose health risks. In addition, the body eliminates a large number of toxins during a sauna visit. Wearing covering swimwear retains and spreads these toxins further. This is unhygienic for both you and our other guests.

• Large bath towel (for use in the saunas)

• Two towels (for drying off)

• Bathrobe and slippers (also available for rent or purchase)

• Bottle of water

You don’t need to bring your own food or drinks. In fact, it’s not allowed. Let yourself be surprised in our restaurants. Much more fun and tastier.
