Beauty treatments

You will be informed of the exact time of your treatment once you arrive. Rest assured, your treatment will be scheduled between your specified arrival and departure times. There is always a 30-minute gap between your arrival and your (first) treatment, so you can take it easy. After all, you’re here to relax.

Of course, we do our utmost to accommodate your preferences. However, we cannot guarantee your preferred time, as other guests also have requests. And… it’s first come, first served! You will be informed of the final time upon arrival.

Yes, if treatments are still available that day, you can book them upon arrival. If you really want to be sure to enjoy your favorite treatment, we recommend booking in advance. That way, you have even more wellness enjoyment to look forward to!

Facilities

Everyone should be able to enjoy our wellness. So yes, our wellness resort is as wheelchair accessible as possible. Except for our whirlpools and stairs in the pools, or saunas with stairs.

Besides offering peace and quiet, we also provide privacy—you can use a room to express milk. We will store the milk for you in the refrigerator.

Absolutely! While you recharge yourself, we also give your electric car new energy. There are 6 charging points available in our parking lot.

Yes, we use chlorine. We also use water from our own source. For the disinfection of our pool water, we use salt electrolysis. This means that we produce chlorine gas ourselves from salt through electrolysis. This chlorine is dosed in a controlled manner to keep the water clean and safe.

The humidity in a steam cabin is much higher than in a sauna. In a steam cabin, water is heated to produce steam, which is then introduced into the cabin.

Saunas, on the other hand, have a very low humidity level. In a sauna, hot stones are used to create dry air and a high temperature.

House Rules

Of course. Your own things are always the nicest, right? You can also rent everything from us, just as easy. (Whether our bathrobes and towels are in your favorite color, we can’t promise…)

Wearing slippers is mandatory, except in the saunas where they must be taken off.

We love everything that barks and meows, but our wellness facilities are truly meant for people. Therefore, pets are not permitted in the thermen or the hotel.

To maintain tranquility within the wellness resort, children aged 0 to 11 years do not have access to the facilities. Children aged 12 to 16 years are only allowed access when accompanied by parents or guardians.

To ensure the peace and privacy of our guests, the use of mobile phones and/or tablets is not permitted in the thermen. This also applies when using your phone as an e-reader.

No, photography is not allowed. This applies throughout the entire resort.

Wearing swimwear is permitted and required only on swimwear days. Women are allowed to wear a bathing suit or bikini, and men are allowed to wear trunks.

Wearing body-covering swimwear (such as a burkini or headscarf) is not allowed in our resort. The reason for this is that your body temperature and heart rate rise significantly in the sauna and wearing covering swimwear does not allow your body to cool sufficiently. Thus, visiting the sauna in covering clothes may cause health risks. In addition, when visiting the sauna, the body expels a large number of waste products. Wearing covering swimwear causes waste products to be retained and spread further. This is not hygienic both for you and our other guests.

Are you visiting our wellness resort for the first time or considering booking a visit? Then you'll find everything you're looking for here. We explain what a day in the sauna looks like, what you should consider and give tips.

Additional questions

Your mental relaxation also allows your muscles to relax wonderfully and allows the energy in your body to circulate freely again. A visit to a sauna is therefore a good deed for both your body and mind.

When checking in, choose a time that suits you, and we will reserve a table for you in advance.

To make your visit as relaxing as possible, we obviously take allergies and/or dietary requirements into account. Please let us know when making your reservation (in the comments field), and we will look for an appropriate solution.

A day in the sauna is relaxing and enjoyable. Even during your pregnancy you may feel like it just like that. Are you a regular sauna visitor? Then you can keep coming. If you are less than three months pregnant, it is better to postpone a visit. Pregnant and sauna visits require extra attention anyway. You can read more about it here.
