Our saunas are unique, each with its own character!

All our saunas are unique, meant to surprise you with their own character. They differ in temperature, atmosphere, and of course in what they do for your body and mind. But they all offer a world of relaxation. Let yourself be surprised by unique saunas and healing wellness.

How long do you stay in the sauna?

You decide for yourself how long you stay in the sauna. The recommended sauna duration depends on the type of sauna, the temperature, and the humidity. In general, we recommend staying in the sauna for a maximum of 15 minutes, followed by cooling down. After that, you are of course free to go back into the sauna. The most important thing is that you always listen to your own body. Do you experience the sauna as too hot or do you feel light-headed? Then calmly walk outside again, even if you have just entered the sauna. After each sauna session, take the time to cool down.

How many degrees is the sauna?

How many degrees is it in the sauna? That differs for every sauna. In the Pirts sauna the temperature can rise up to 80° Celsius. The Finnish sauna also has a temperature of 75°-80° Celsius. In the Panorama sauna it is a bit warmer at 85° Celsius. In the Saltarium it is around 70° Celsius. In the Infrared sauna the temperature is much lower; here it is between 60 and 65° Celsius. Due to the relatively dry air, the heat is easy to tolerate and many people often stay a bit longer here. In the Rose sauna it is between 65 and 70° Celsius. In the Steam cabin it is ‘only’ 50° Celsius, although you will experience this sauna as quite warm due to the maximum humidity.

Frequently Asked Questions

The humidity in a steam bath is much higher than in a sauna. In a steam bath, water is heated to create steam, which is then released into the room.
In contrast, saunas have a very low humidity level. In a sauna, heated stones are used to create dry air combined with high temperatures.

Relaxing your mind also allows your muscles to relax deeply, restoring the natural flow of energy in your body. A visit to the sauna is therefore a true benefit for both body and mind.

A day at the sauna is all about relaxation. Even during pregnancy, you may feel like enjoying it. If you are a regular sauna visitor, you can usually continue. However, if you are in the first three months of your pregnancy, it’s better to postpone your visit. Sauna use during pregnancy requires extra care and attention.
