Small baths with a big effect. In addition to being wonderfully relaxing, foot baths are an important part of a sauna session. They prepare your body for the high temperatures in the sauna; it's a great start!


The operation of the sauna

We call it prelaxation. Simply sit down in your bathrobe and place your feet in the bath. Your body slowly warms up through your feet and ankles. Good to know: a footbath noticeably reinforces the effect of the sauna. Do yourself a favour and enjoy it.
