Wellness Hotel Thermen Bussloo

You are required to check out of your room before 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Are you planning to use the facilities on the day you leave? Then you can use our fast check-out service by leaving your hotel room card, including the card sleeve, on the high table at the hotel reception. You can then make your way to the wellness complex and check out at the end of your stay, using your wristband, at the reception in our wellness complex.

If you are not going to use the facilities on the day of departure, we recommend that you pay before breakfast so that you can also use the fast check-out service at 11 a.m.

Upon departure, we will give you a token for opening the carpark barrier.

When you book a hotel package with us, a bathrobe and bath towel are included.

Flipflops can be purchased for €12.50 at our reception. We also offer a daily towel service (three fresh towels per day) for €12.50 per person per day. Clean towels are provided every day at our sauna square.

Bathrobes and towels should be returned to reception at the end of your visit.

Guests can check in between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m.

If you want to make use of our facilities before you check in, you can take your luggage to the changing room in the sauna complex. Here you can store your belongings in the changing room lockers. You can choose your own locker (available lockers have a green light) and lock it using your wristband (the light then turns red). Each wristband can be paired with one locker.

Please note: Do not leave any personal belongings behind in your locker at night and always take these to your room.

From the hotel you can take the lift to level -1 and walk to the sauna facilities – in your bathrobe! – through the experience tunnel. The sauna facilities are open from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.

When you check in, you will receive a blue wristband. This wristband must be worn throughout your stay. You will need it for ordering refreshments, opening the locker and opening your hotel room.

Thermen Bussloo has an extensive experience programme in which our guests can participate free of charge. For the exact times of the experiences, please check the digital screen in the sauna plaza next to the pool.

You can contact our reception around the clock if you have any questions or requests. Our hotel reception is staffed 24 hours a day and can be reached via the Reception button on the phone.

Breakfast is served in the Intens Restaurant between 8 a.m. and 10.30 a.m.  You may wear your bathrobe or normal clothing – whichever you feel comfortable in!

Hotel Thermen Bussloo has been awarded the Green Key Gold certificate; the quality mark for the most sustainable way of doing business. At Thermen Bussloo, we separate our waste. Throughout the hotel you will find separate waste bins for organic, paper and plastic waste.

Thermen Bussloo has a covered bicycle parking area, which is located to the right of the car park (entrance is near the second barrier). Scooters can also be parked here. Thermen Bussloo also has charging stations for charging electric cars.

All rooms have a minibar. When you check out, please inform the staff at reception what you have consumed from the minibar. Unfortunately, it is not possible to keep any of your own drinks in the minibar. However, if you need to use the minibar to store medication, please inform the staff at reception during check-in.

On arrival, all guests receive a plastic bag to use in the sauna complex for personal belongings, such as towels/bottles of water. Guests are not allowed to take their own non-transparent bags in the sauna area with them.

Our restaurants and terraces are open for a refreshing drink, a delicious lunch or a lavish dinner. The last opportunity to be seated at Restaurant Intens is at 8.30 p.m.

You may use the ‘Free WiFi Hotel TB’ network during your stay. You do not need a password to access this network.

Our room service is available between 12 noon and 10 p.m. You will find the room service menu in your hotel room. Simply scan the QR code to order the most delicious dishes and drinks.

Thermen Bussloo has a bike rental service for its hotel guests. Bikes can be rented upon request. It costs €12.50 to hire a normal bike, and €25 to hire an e-bike.
